Implant scanning

Supporting implants requires stricter case intake and handoff visibility. Our workflow tracks scan capture, scan-body source, STL upload, and quality-control transitions in sequence. Lab analogues are not offered in the current pilot flow; Medax-provided scan bodies are charged separately.
