Refunds & Cancellations
This policy applies while Scanner operates as a managed pilot service. Cancellation and failed-visit cases are reviewed by the Medax operations team.
The current price is INR 499 for every scan, including same-day and verified student scans. Implant cases add INR 100 per Medax-provided scan body. Lab analogues are not offered in the current pilot flow.
If a clinic cancels before ops assigns the visit, the scan authorization can be fully released back to the clinic wallet or postpaid balance.
If Medax cannot assign an operator/scanner or cannot complete the visit due to Medax, operator, scanner, or technical failure, the scan authorization is released or refunded.
During launch, these cases are reviewed manually by operations. No public penalty or partial-charge table is final until founder and ops confirm the responsibility rules.
