Refunds, cancellations, and failed visits
This launch policy applies while Scanner is operating as a managed pilot service. Final commercial terms may be updated after founder and operations review.
The current pilot scan fee is INR 500 per scan. Implant cases add INR 150 per implant only when Medax provides the scan body. Lab charges are separate from scan charges.
If a clinic cancels before ops assigns the visit, the scan authorization can be fully released back to the clinic wallet or postpaid balance.
If Medax cannot assign an operator/scanner or cannot complete the visit due to Medax, operator, scanner, or technical failure, the scan authorization is released or refunded.
During launch, these cases are reviewed manually by operations. No public penalty or partial-charge table is final until founder and ops confirm the responsibility rules.
